Diaspora Property Marketing

Charlottes Brooke: In May 2003, Angwa Associates concluded an agency agreement with Rumani Estates Private Limited, a Zimbabwean based property development company to promote, market and sell residential lots of land located at Charlottes Brooke on the outskirts of Harare to Zimbabwean expatriates who are resident in the United States of America and United Kingdom.

Homelink Housing Development Scheme. In November 2004, Angwa Associates joint-ventured with the Reserve Bank of Zimbabwe in the establishment of a scheme to Zimbabwean expatriates to finance the purchase of residential property in Zimbabwe known as the Homelink Housing Development Scheme.

Angwa Associates was appointed as an international partner in the scheme and is responsible for promoting and marketing the scheme to Zimbabweans who are resident in the diaspora. Angwa now manages a portfolio of clients in the USA, UK and the Southern Africa region for Homelink.
