Once paid for and collected
the coupons are non-refundable.

What if
I buy vouchers and there is no fuel at the designated
station?
If customers are not able
to redeem coupons and we can confirm that there
is not fuel at the station they have tried to redeem
them at, for 7 days payment will be refunded

Can I purchase
fuel in cans and drums?
We are unable to sell fuel
out of cans or drums. Vouchers have to be purchased.

Is there
a minimum order quantity?
Minimum amounts are shown
on the order form.

Do the coupons
expire?
Yes. Coupons are valid for
6 months from date of issue

I thought
fuel was a specified product…. Is legal to
purchase in forex?
There are no exchange control
issues as long as the payment is made outside Zimbabwe.
We cannot collect any forex whatsoever at our office
in Harare.
